Who is terrorist?

Let me not go in to defining this term.. But, i hope, you wont have
any doubt in agreeing that a person, who places a bomb in public
places to kill people is a terrorist. And i hope, you would agree
that those people, who also provide logistical, and financial support
to such gruesome acts is also a terrorist.

How do you define a person innocent?

You have termed those arrested people as innocent. But, how do you
define a person as innocent?

Is innocent measured in terms of lack of proof? If so, then lakhs of
people in india, is innocent because there is no proof for the crime
they committed..

Normally polic act upon intelligence inputs, and take actions agains
those they suspect..

In the case of terrorists, they are highly intelligent and talented
to hack a wifi system which even a normal IT person cannot do. When
they could plan such meticulously, what is the assurance, that they
would not have destroyed all evidence for their act, if they are let
free...

Secondly, we can take your argument of innocent for a normal
criminal.. But can we do the same in case of terrorist. Suppose, we
release them for lack of proof.. what is the risk factor that they
would again cause major bomb blastt killing again scores of people..

So in such cases of dready terrorism, its logical that we take some
action for a greater purpose, even if some innocent is affected. If
those people really care for the country, they would have proved their
innocence, instead of issuing such ambigous argument.
