The govt should have will power to implement "Uniform civilo code to every citizen. The law and order code must be applicable to every one". Tha nation must be secular in every interpretation of that word The Govt should be indifferent to any religion and it shall not promote the practices and rituals of any religion. Religion is a private affair of a person. Finally Reservation is not to be seen as encouragement. These two word are 2 different connotations.
