Dear readers:
Before police decides to fire, it usually explore 'Lathi Charge', Water Canons (if available), Tear gas etc.
But, usually tribals show up with bows-arrows and other traditional weapons. So, how come you expect a demonstrator (who is in verge of losing some thing) can keep his calm, with a weapon in hand ?
I think, it is time for Governments to make rule that, all those people, who wish to join protests and demonstrations, must not hold any weapon
