Now that women have equal rights as their brothers even in the co
parcenary property, they should be recognised as equal in the society
too.

THe church's taking over her property rights and not returning them
in the event of her leaving the nunnery is clearly cruel as it leaves
her no choice whatsoever of any life apart from the church.
