Dear Bachchu lal ji:
I am in USA because of V.P.Singh's mandal comission, which deprived me from me from my priority 1 Govt. job and even though I hated him in those days, I am grateful to him because he had blocked the 'Govt. job' for me.
So, my personal advice for all unreserved candidates, never run after Govt. job. Put some additional hard work and join private sector.
Also, although it may be rude suggestion, whenever you see a reserved candidate in a job, keep reminding that he his not there because of his hard work but because of a short cut and 'sacrifice' by you. Always snub and underestimate them. This way (social snub), probably we can discourage them to put additional hard work and discourage to seek reservation benefits in promotions and for their kids.
