Dear Mr. Padhi, Quite amused with remarks on activists. I can only laugh on you nothing else. Anyway, Can you explain to group members who is going to be benefited by introduction of GM crops- farmers or seed companies and "So-called scientist". if Activists are speaking against GM crops, what the problem you have. If you think it is better for ecology, productivity as well as health of consumers, then why not you dispel the apprehension of activists with scientifically backed proofs? And I don't thinks activists are against R&D as such...What people are opposing is mindless pushing of GM crops in India by people like you; without any safety assessment or even without recognizing that there is "legitimate" concern over safety and productivity of GM crops?? And who should control new-age farming- farmers or Seed companies and scientist- any thoughts... Regards Abhishek
