Dear Mr. Naiyar,
I do not know that who made the film but if you are from Dalit
Community and living in India, you may understand better.If you go in India, in most of the states manual scavenging is still
going on. Congress Government made a commission called SAFAI MAZDOOR
AYOG and spend more than thousand Crore rupees to stop manual scavenging
and help manual scavengers to start some businesses. But you know that
our system bureaucracy spoiled the policy and very few got real
benefits. Lucknow, capital of UP, in main city of Lucknow, where one Balmiki
Ex-PM is living and his relatives and my relatives are still doing the
same job.
